Hello all.

As the last item on today's conference call, I asked whether anyone had
problems with the practice of holding the meetings on the second Monday
of each month.

There were no objections on the call. If there are no further problems,
I will work with staff to confirm calls for the next 12 months, which
would be:

April 14
May 12
June 9
July 14
Aug 11
Sep 8
Oct 20 (moved; Oct 13 is Thanksgiving Day in Canada and Columbus Day in
the US)
Nov 10
Dec 8
Jan 12
Feb 9
March 9
