Nick,

Let's assume that a member of the public wishes to
point out a violation of the Registrar Accreditation
Agreement.  It might be, for example, a violation of
3.3.5 or 3.3.6 (which seem to be implicated in the
DROC correspondence that Gareth has shared).  Where on
the ICANN website do we have the email addresses of
the compliance department posted?  I can't even find
them cited on the "ICANN Staff" page, or on the
internic page, or on the contractual compliance
program page.

In the wake of the earlier registerfly mess, one would
have thought that ICANN would have made it far easier
to interact with the compliance office...
