Hi Ross,

The Terms of Service Agreement that Gareth provided in
his attachment also show them to be doing business
with Wild West and eNom.  In the "Our Services"
section it also states:  "We are a reseller of an
accredited registrar".

By the way, didn't both Tucows and register.com have a
lawsuit against this outfit a few years back?
