Bret and all,

  Now you got it!  Execellent approach!  I do believe Robert attempted
to do this very thing with his "Core Values" thread recently, but
was chastized and rebuffed regarding the "Privacy" consideration.
So this may also be a contentious approach as well, but in my view
a far better approach none the less.
