Bret and all,

I know our members will never agree to proportional representation
model nor representatives appointed instead of elected to represent
their interests and/or issues/concerns. Such a model is by design
non-representative and undemocratic. So I myself agree with
some of your concerns here Bret.

The history of ICANN and so far the ALAC/ALS'es "Appointments"
of representatives has been obismal and shown to be less than
effectively representing actual user stated issues and concerns.
