I would appreciate a return to the theme of accountability.  It would be appreciated if the ALAC could formulate a Statement regarding the document entitled, "Next steps in continuous improvement of ICANN dispute resolution and Board processes"  -- see http://www.icann.org/transparency/next-steps-dispute-resolution-11jan08.pdf
