Hi Jeffrey,

 

Please consider this to be your official invitation for your "group" to
apply as an ALS.

 

Speaking of legitimacy, once you apply I can't WAIT to see the Due
Diligence report on you and your "organization".  So, put your money
where your mouth is and apply!  I sincerely look forward to it.  Also,
if you do not apply, we will all know the reason why.

  VERY interesting.  I for one will be interested in seeing how this
turns out vis a vi France at large.  It will be telling as to whether or
not the ALAC is a club or a legitimate user based organization, again...

 

  Be advised INEGroup will not be applying as we have not been ask to do
so to date.  Also a very interesting consideration.

 

  Let the "Beauty contest" begin again...  We will be watching!
