[NA-Discuss] Next NARALO Teleconferece: 09 June 2008 1900 UTC

Unfortunately the time of our NARALO meeting on  monday co-incides
with the CIRA nominating committee in-person meeting that i'm
attending in Ottawa. Should the meeting wrap up early, i might be able
to attend from the Ottawa airport lounge - but can't guarantee it.

As some of you may know, I was selected to serve on the Canadian
Internet Registry's Nominating Committee for a two year term, 08-10.
In that capacity, i have the chance - together with the rest of the
committee - to develop the short list of candidates for the CIRA
members to vote on in the fall.

Participating in the CIRA nomcom process, has been quite interesting
so far - in that it has been able to give me a perspective and first
hand experience of not only how CIRA works but also what  how little
most candidates mention NA RALO, ICANN or other Internet governance
issues.
