Michael and all,

  If I may suggest again, your best bet is to set up a travel fund
where members can contribute and seek additional funding if
needed from other public/private interest groups.

  Personally, I fully agree with ICANN's decision in this instance.
No freeloaders, deadbeats, or less financially personally
responsible, is always a wise policy.
