All,

  FYI, and something to think about and/or consider in respect to
new gTLD's and IDN gTLD's...

"On Monday 7 July 2008, two committees of the European Parliament is
going to vote on proposed amendments to the telecomm packet
regulation, in what is but a provisional step of a skirmish in a much
bigger struggle on the regulatory environment for intellectual rights
and freedoms. This is a good time to take a step back and look at
another much bigger problem."

"If the probability be called P; the injury, L; and the burden, B;
liability depends upon whether B is less than L multiplied by
P: i.e., whether B is less than PL."
