Subject: Proposed for Delhi schedule
I have three suggestions for the schedule:
* Two hours set aside somewhere to create an ALAC response to the U.S.
Dept. of Commerce/NTIA evaluation of ICANN. The deadline is Feb. 15.
* Would the ALAC like to meet with the GAC? I had a lengthy conversation
with Suzanne Sene of the NTIA, who is also on the GAC, who offered to
help foster a get-together between the two groups in Delhi. She had a
GAC conference call yesterday, and said she would get back to me by the
end of the week as to the GAC's receptiveness to this idea. (I also
asked her to bring up the notion of the ALAC liaison to the GAC).
* Would the ALAC like to meet with Jon Nevett, one of the co-chairs of
the registrar constituency? After Danny and I wrote to him, he proposed
a meeting between the two constituencies in Delhi.
Let me know if the GAC and registrar meetings are of interest to the
whole ALAC, otherwise I will go ahead and schedule them among interested
parties only.
Beau

Subject: [ALAC-Internal] At-Large schedule for the New Delhi
Meeting
Dear ALAC Members and Secretariats:
Could you please review the schedule at:
https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?new_delhi_meeting at your earliest
convenience and let us all know if you have any issues with it. I have
worked closely with Cheryl in order to try and ensure that there is
meeting time available for the community which (to the extent possible)
does not conflict with the ability of At-Large attendees to attend the
many other sessions which might be of interest.
As you all are aware this is not a perfect process :)
I have reproduced it below so you can easily see it if not
online when you receive this note:
