The third meeting of the IGF will be held on 8-11 December 2008 in New Delhi at the Taj Palace, Diplomatic Enclave. I don't know how I know that, I think it was on a Rio handout. I have miles and points to go, have an outbound flight, and am now holding my breath fwaiting to see if I can get the return award. Sylvia
