URLs for attachments change. I have learned my lesson and will not do 
that again. The URL at end of my last message works - 
<http://forum.icann.org/lists/alac-mid-consult/msg00005.html>http://forum.icann.org/lists/alac-mid-consult/msg00005.html. 
Once you get there, click on the attachment.
