Comments on a few of Danny's points.

I continued to state that this was MY opinion of what should be done. 
Perhaps I will hear an argument on why I should change it, and if so, 
I will. But so far I have not heard one that convinces me. However 
that is my personal opinion, although I know it is shared by some 
others. Regardless, I don't apologize for my personal position. The 
gist of the discussion was asking what was the opinion of others, so 
that I could present it.

There has been no Ex-Com actions since the last ALAC meeting (at 
least none that I was aware of, and I am a member).

I for one would prefer to state why we are unhappy, and not tell the 
Board how to respond.
