[NA-Discuss] Suspension of Jeff Williams

Based on numerous complaints and a continued insistence on posting
personal attacks and irrelevant messages, I have exercised my discretion
as Chair to once again suspend postings by Jeff Williams to the
NA-Discuss list. As this is his third infraction, the current suspension
will last one year and end August 29, 2009.

This action is supported by the Secretariat of NARALO as well as many
(most?) other participants in the region.

While this is an action that I do not take lightly, I have reduced
tolerance for efforts which appear designed to provoke and obstruct
rather than to inform or engage.
