I concur. Further one of the candidates seems also to what I consider
less than qualified under the rules as well.

As such, I would kindly but insistently request that this person immediately
withdraw his candidacy post haste.
As an aside, the "Rules" were not voted upon by the members, and are
not appropriate in several instances especially in regards to the participation
requirements. Setting rules as a means of limiting participation doesn't
seem to be in keeping with the MOU and as such cannot possibly be
representative of the vast majority of stakeholders/users accordingly.
