All, and FYI,

  Seems yet again we have even ICANN GNSO's IPC and
the MPAA, a IPC member also have abusively miss configured
Domain names exposing users/stakeholders to significant danger
unnecessarily and frankly, with willful intent to do harm accordingly.

Quite frankly, yet again the hypocrisy of the IPC, MPAA, ICANN,
and the GNSO in this instance, to be more than a little outrageous
and deplorable.  And yet again clearly demonstrating a complete
lack of responsible leadership.

  Therefore I would respectfully, but strongly request that the GAC
and especially DOC/NTIA take immediate corrective action
vis a vi ICANN and the IPC.
