Jeffrey, where you are concerned, "necessity" appears to be the
unfortunate choice. Your volume of postings -- many of which are totally
unrelated to ICANN activity and/or inappropriately personal in nature --
is unacceptable.

This is your second warning.

If you continue you will be barred from this list for one week.
After that, if the behavior continues after two warnings, you will be
barred for one month.
After that, if the behavior continues after two warnings, you will be
barred for one year.

I have no control over the ALAC list, but I will not let the NARALO list
degenerate the way it has.
