John and all,

  An old saying goes, "if the dog hadden't stopped to do his business,
maybe he would have caught the rebbit".  Point being that, although
I agree with your sentament, I am not sure that a lurker user would.

  Users should beaking these decisions for themselves, not staff
making such decisions for them!  The ALAC should service the user.
