[NA-Discuss] Proposal for North American Indigenous TLD

I'd like to see us, both as a RALO and ALAC, advocate for (a)  
objective TLD  evaluations (b) conducted pursuant to a predictable and  
transparent process, (c) with low barriers to entry.

If we do that, then good proposals, like this one, should have no  
problems.
