[NA-Discuss] Secretariat Election

As decided on yesterday's telephone conference, Darlene Thompson has  
been elected by acclamation to serve as the NA-RALO Secretariat  
through the ICANN annual meeting in November, 2008. Thank you,  
Darlene, for agreeing to serve and for all that you are doing to help  
make the NA-RALO a success.
