[NA-Discuss] ICANN Fellowships program

Nick, Jean was incorrect in that she said that the ALAC has no direct 
ICANN funding. It does. But as she and John pointed out, the ALAC has 
no administrative control over At-Large or ALAC funding (not claiming 
it should, just pointing out today's situation).
