[NA-Discuss] Free Speech and Introduction of gTLDs

Seth inadvertently sent his email from an address other than the one  
he is subscribed with so it bounced; he asked me to send it on to  
you :) The subject line is my understanding of the subject of his  
comments, modified from the digest heading.
