[NA-Discuss] Keep the Core Neutral

If NA / other groups think it is worth the effort, we could make a  
policy working group for worldwide input into and following of this  
process, though of course this is a GNSO process and the GNSO Liaison  
is Alan Greenberg so perhaps this could be done as part of the  
existing GNSO Working Group?
