[NA-Discuss] Minor change to MoU text (not substantive

Thanks, Nick.  I noticed only a couple of small details that you could check
on.

1) Sec 4 and 5 seem to be almost duplicate except for some provisions, and
we discussed 4(c) be changed from Internet-based mechanisms to just
mechanisms.  However, 5(c) is still Internet-based mechanisms.

2) The formal name of America at Large is AmericaAtLarge, Inc. the former being
an unregistered trademark along with A at L; and my name can remain as is on
the page, disregard my last email.

3) I am pleased to see this process occurring, and ICANN progressing
forward.
