[NA-Discuss] Acting Chair for San Juan

Dear Colleagues,

As I will not be able to join you in person in San Juan -- though I  
do intend to participate by iChat (bret at mac.com) and Skype (lextext)  
and through such other remote access opportunities as ICANN may  
provide -- I would like to ask Luc Faubert to act as Chair of the  
NARALO in person meetings this week. Luc has been involved in the  
NARALO formation efforts since the beginning, and he knows ICANN and  
its processes very well. Luc, I hope you are willing to fill this  
role this week, and I would ask everyone to give Luc the same support  
you've given me over the past two months.
