[NA-Discuss] Voting Update

So as not to hold things up unnecessarily, and understanding that we can
change things later as need be, and given that my questions in point 1
caused so much conversation, and given that I didn't get any answers to
questions in 2 or 3, I change the Emerging Futures Network vote to YES on
the Draft Operating Principles.
