[NA-Discuss] Language

The region consultation is still going on - every month I'm asked by
someone within ICANN to get -SOME- response on that consultation from
the At-Large community.
At the moment, PR is in North America because of the regional
configuration of the ICANN Geographic Regions. If PR wants to move to
LAC, again, now would be the time to put that suggestion forward....
