Dear Colleagues:

Just to advise / remind everyone that hotel arrangements for those of  
you attending San Juan are being made for you. Once your flights are  
booked we will post on the Wiki details of which hotel you will be  
staying at.

Note: ICANN will be paying for the nights of 23 - 29, for arrivals on  
23rd and departures on the 30th at the maximum; other nights will be  
your responsibility if no other arrangements have been made in advance.

You will imminently be receiving information on a per-diem  
arrangement for this meeting.
