In addition to what John says, when Karl talks about the failure of
the ALAC, he's measuring the ALAC against how he believes ICANN
*should* treat individual participants and Internet users. Against
the ideal that Karl worked very hard in the 1996-2000 time period to
see realized, the ALAC falls far short. It's nothing against you, or
me, or any of the individuals and groups working here.
