[NA-Discuss] Transcriptions

There will indeed be transcriptions of ALAC meetings, and also the  
main NA meeting, and the english recordings of the LAC meetings as  
well. It will be a few weeks before they're all done though -  
meanwhile, the recordings are being posted online now.
