[NA-Discuss] Second Tuesday of the Month

My apologies everyone. I calendared every one of those dates for the  
first MONDAY of the month and then promptly sent an announcement to  
the list proclaiming that we were meeting the first Tuesday. I must  
be losing my mind. It's the first Monday. The calendar is correct.
