The Education Group lead by Alfredo Calderón has prepared a 15 min SWebinar (SWebinar = Snippet Webinar) to explain Net Neutrality (very summarized) and the effect these changes may have on the Internet and specially ICANN, if any. 15 minutes will follow for the participants for discussion.
