<div dir="ltr"><p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black">To NARALO Membership</span></b></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><br></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black">NARALO Rules of Procedures Update</span></b><u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:12pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><u></u> <u></u></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black">It has been seven years since NARALO has updated its Rules of Procedures and we are pleased to announce that the special working committee chaired by Judith Hellerstein has produced a succinct but comprehensive document that will serve NARALO well.</span><u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><u></u> <u></u></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt"><font color="#000000" face="Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11pt">The committee consisted of John More (pen holder), Judith Hellerstein (chair), Alan Greenberg, Glenn McKnight, Seith Reiss, Eduardo Diaz and Louis Houle started in earnest in February 2017 .
