A quick 2 questions :<div><br></div><div>- has advice from ICANN legal been sought as one of the positions affects the ALAC North American slot selected by the 2014 nomcom.</div><div><br></div><div>- has the nomcom been advised of this situation. </div><div><br></div><div>If the 2015 Nomcom does not have any guidance , it might decide to defer the appointment to the 2016 nomcom.
