[NA-Discuss] NASIG 2 in ICANN Montreal on Oct 31 and Nov 1- IG Proposal

Great proposal. It would be appreciated if an extra effort is made to 
have programming in French at this event. But that does not impact on 
this proposal I don't think. Nothing further to add.
