[NA-Discuss] No July Call this month for NARALO

Hi Glenn,
Have an acquaintance who is visiting Nova Scotia currently.  He  
resides in Qatar where he teaches...but is a Canadian citizen.   
Looking at the various RALO's I don't see any that encompass that area  
other than APRALO...is that the direction I should point him in?
