[NA-Discuss] Nominations 2016

Seth, I would absolutely encourage anyone within the region to run for 
any office at any time. The competition keeps ideas flowing and 
energizes our work. While consensus is the preferred method, if people 
are not happy with leadership or think they can do a better job, then 
there is not a consensus.
