[NA-Discuss] Native Americans and Fellowship/Mentorship

Hi All

Recently the  ICANN board  turned down funding support for a  Native
American/Canadian/Indigenous  fellowship program championed by Loris
Taylor.  Despite the bad news  the  ICANN board saw merit in the concept.
I will share with  you all a recent  New Times  piece  that demonstrates
the deplorable economic conditions of some of the Indian reservations and
critical need to provide opportunities for aspiring youth.
