Thank you Evan. I accept.

Regarding Eduardo's comment (wearing my hat as 
the drafter of the last several Operating 
Principles revisions), the Operating Principles 
are silent, so as long as there is not a 
significant number of objections, I would think 
that it would be deemed to have been decided by consensus.
