[NA-Discuss] Concerning a TLD-wide Privacy Policy

Quite a few TLDs seem to be proposing that there will be variety of 
standards that their registrants would have to abide by (and 
qualifications that they will have to meet), so I don't see why this 
would not be possible. How one might enforce or police it is another 
question. At the very least, the TLD would have to accept reports of 
infractions, investigate and take action if needed. Probably not 
onerous *IF* the incidence rate is low.
