Personally, I don't think so.

The complaint originates in the control of a label which is not used,
it is not associated with critical infrastructure like a public mail
relay or a public publisher ... it is ... well ... nothing ...

The purchase of an acre of the moon or the right to name a star is
less ephemeral.
