[NA-Discuss] Building consensus on dealing with the election tie

Hi
Upon careful consideration of the plus and minuses of a shared position
for secretariat, on paper it appears a good compromise but in reality it
tends not to work well. I choice not to share the position for numerous
reasons. I am sure NARALO will survive with either winner of a relection.
.
As stated I rather see the results of a reelection for the position

Glenn.
