i appreciate a shared interest in infrastructure, resiliency, readiness
and response, is not broadly held, but the "ralo status" of a single
person (tom) is, imho, is of less _public_interest_ than the status of
infrastructure operators in the sandy landfall zone -- at least this week.

at present diesel is being hand carried in jerry cans up 17 floors at
111 8th ave to maintain operations on one floor, a major data center in
manhattan, and a report (one of many on the outages list, and others)
is in the link below.
