Hi all,

Thank you SO MUCH for your input into what we should consider in our General Assembly. Here is what we have so far:

Introduction of each ALS (suggested to do ahead of time rather than wasting time at the meeting – do it as a handout)
Open Public Consultations
In-Reach and Out-Reach

- From what communities are we/should we be trying to recruit?

- Are the ALS’s themselves reaching out?

- Are we actively seeking out independent members who might make a contribution?

- How is it possible to bring policy input into ICANN closer to the edges?

- What things can we do better in the region? (do we need social tools like Facebook, Twitter, Etc.)
Hot Topic Issues
Ideas for the 2014 At-Large Summit
How do we see the region fitting in within the “new (ie post new gTLDs)” ICANN

General question: do we need to have a professional facilitator or can we do this ourselves and still keep on time – two hours isn’t much.

If you have any more input, please keep it coming!

D
