[NA-Discuss] request for two rooms/events in Dakar

Hi Beau, 

NomCom support have confirmed that the NomCom representatives will be arriving on Thursday morning, 27 October. 

We could schedule the NARALO survey time on Thursday, between 11:00-12:00. This is immediately after the At-Large Wrap-Up session. However, Glenn may not be very refreshed at that time. Thursday afternoon is the Public Forum, so meetings can't be scheduled during this time. 

Another option if the meeting was held on Monday at 18:00-19:00 Dakar time (14:00 East Coast time), would be for Glenn to participate remotely.

Well, thanks, Heidi. I'd say yes to the Puerto Rico time, and a tentative yes to the survey time -- I need to talk to Glenn first, as he is with nom com and they are not due in until Weds., and their schedule is apparently not yet set. We will get back to you as to whether it's best for, say, me to host the meeting in the Monday slot or to wait until Glenn's schedule is firmed up.
