My apologies for not participating in this discussion as it was evolving the last couple of days. We now mercifully have our electric power back.

This procedural outline looks good to me as well. I thank everyone who participated in getting it down in writing. In my opinion for this pre-registration issue we pretty much complied with 1, 2 and 3. We should have designated an issue liaison or advocate to represent the issue to the ALAC. Also I would like to thank Olivier for supporting the evolution of this process, we were able to accomplish the "liaising" with the ALAC chair because of his welcome presence on our NA-RALO monthly call.
