Hi,
I support the ALAC sending such a letter of advice to the Board.
Of course having written a blog decrying this situation as a major threat to the ICANN social compact that allows the contracted parties to have a voice in the regulatory instruments, i.e. their contracts, by subjecting their contracts to the community derived policy development processes, my support probably comes as no great surprise.
