[NA-Discuss] The TLD-less NYC

Hi Carlton,

As I review ICANN's planning documents it seems they have thought through the
additional staff, budget, systems, etc needed to handle up to 500 applications over an 18 
month period.

What part of the planning do you think is deficient?
