Explanation: Since this is a preferential opinion poll, electorates rank the candidates from the most preferred (i.e. give 1 to the first priority) to the least preferred (i.e. give 2 to the second priority). Furthermore, since country co-efficient is factored into the final calculation of the vote result, the candidate with the smallest sum of the weighted votes wins.
